That spot must be out there a ways...trout swimming in a pool with the road in sight....we have to walk at least a mile before the paths end.... right where the chubs stop and the trout start lo.l

Slayer Mike....if you truly love fishing and are happy doing it then Do Not pick up a gold pan. I have top quality fishing gear summer/ winter, boat with high quality electronics, all of it. Knew every spawn and summer pattern, did tournaments, fished for money all winter. Then I picked up a gold pan and googled it.....haven't fished since 2016 and cannot look at a stream like I did when I fished. I do miss it but would rather pan lol !🍻 Choose wisely!

One trick for cleaning out culverts is bring a pair of 1x8’s with and block the upstream flow off ! Of course this only works with more than one culvert !!

Hey Jason here’s an idea for you when you’re doing Culvert gold you take a 2 x 6 that’s about 3 foot long and said that inside the culvert and you can set your bucket right on top of it so that it’s out of the water or you can do a 2 x 10 then you don’t have to worry about your bucket tipping over nice video and A combination of different ways to do gold is also on a break from the regular Sluicing good job bud out for now

Awesome job out there brother the third place look like a good place to take your high banker once you get all your test panning done and find a good location some of them spots weren't too bad though good enough for me lol but a lot of the areas that I get to work the square footage is numbered so it is what it is lol 😆

Dan heard runs his with the electric pump in a recirculating bin up on the banks and then bucket feeds it it's a shame that you guys ain't able to do the same cuz man you would pull out quite a bit with your numbers 🤘🇺🇸⛏️

I had an idea of taking 2 buckets and filling the bottom of one with lead shot then stacking in the second one so it's weighted. Idk if it would be better but I always gave to chase buckets when I'm buy myself working in the middle of creeks haha

Next trip bring a 2x10 to put your bucket on keep that bucket centered on it above the water just in case water is high next time you get the opertunity to go bring a 4 foot walker and a saw To adjust the height Ps start at the deep end so you don't have to stretch that plank And ya your gonna get wet

I wish I had a crick like that around here. I’m still looking… there is a great big glacial deposit nearby, but there’s no water going through it to concentrate any gold that might be there. So I haven’t quite figured out the best place to look. Another great video Jason! I wish I could subscribe again.

Like Jason said bring your own water (I do just that) and recirculate OR if allowed try a "Drywashing machine" we use them alot in the deserts of Arizona. 🤔🤠🌵⛏️

Love watching your videos! Thankyou for educating us too! I always learn something new from your videos. Id love to get out there and test, but snow where im at. There are black bears and mountain lions too. Im a little afraid because of that. Ive crossed them many times. Ill have to get a prospector buddy like Rigby 😁

We have some of each of those animals but way more-bears…. I’ve never seen a cat in the wild .
