It's very freeing to embrace singleness after a divorce - to choose not to date. Us parents need to remember that being wholly there for our kids is the best thing we can do for them. Romantic pursuits are a huge distraction from what's most important - your kids.

Finding someone that you can love and that can love you can be a great model for your kids as well. You also need time for and by you which a partner can manage the kids and make that opportunity possible. Just another point of view.

Great points, as always. Your videos have helped me and many others, so I thank you. I don't have children with my ex but I would say my friends were caught in the middle of seeing emotional abuse and being powerless to stop it, "seeing more than you know". It's pretty universal and when I broke out they all said they had seen it for years. Doesn't make it easier, but just imagine children viewing that same behavior. Thank you again 🔥

I just found out about my husband who left me after 40 years has been having an affair with his bosses very young daughter. He gas lighted me and mentally abused me for years. My children are grown adults but are so hurt by him and his actions. He turned their invitation to spend Father's Day with them and told them he had plans with this girl and her children. I am so full of anger towards him

Kids of any age are affected. My children are in their 30's but they are still my babies and I just want to fight for them. I love them more than myself and am sickened by what their Father is doing to them.
