The title might seem alarming, but it's not about giving up on life or my kids. It's about letting go of some burdens and focusing on self-care and healing. The past few months have been incredibly tough since my wife passed away. It's been a journey through grief, but recently, I've started to feel a bit more hopeful.
In this video, I talk about my struggles and how I'm slowly digging myself out of a dark place. I share my experiences with fasting, praying, and finding small moments of joy. It’s not an easy road, but I’m determined to take care of myself and my kids better.
I also touch on the emotional challenges of parenting alone, especially those tender moments with my daughter. Despite the pain, I'm working towards a healthier lifestyle - starting with a haircut, a new diet, and a fitness routine. It's all part of my journey to feel better inside and out.
