I use Powerpoint 2016. When I add images in Smart Art half the time the program freezes up on me for a minute or so, and sometimes the image is put into place and other times I get an error telling me this image can't be pasted, then I need to find another one. Anyone else get this?

And today I faced a situation where the image which I chose from the internet was not fitting exactly into the frame.
