You are so good. Thank you very much. You have really helped me during the darkness of having HSV2. I've been a complete wreck since getting my first outbreak in mid-March and multiple outbreaks ever since. Much gratitude!!❤

I got exposed in mid July. Partner didn’t tell me. I’ve been freaked out. No symptoms. Got a blood test today. Just waiting.

How long should you wait to have sex after recovering from an outbreak or just symptoms? And did you struggle with feeling sexy? I’m still trying to overcome that. Thank you for helping me feel like a human being ❤

New sub here. Thank you for your content❤ Have you ever thought about incorporating or recommending Red/NIR light therapy (photobiomoduation) into the treatment/preventative care of this disease? It is excellent for wound healing, for banishing inflammation, and for supercharging the cells with ATP. I can't imagine it would be anything other than spectacularly helpful for this condition❤
