A BBC investigation has tracked down a British man whom Brazil Police accuse of trying to traffic cocaine with a street value of about £100m ($134m) from South America to Europe.
Authorities in Brazil believe he hired an innocent crew to sail his yacht across the Atlantic, but when they had to make an emergency stop off the coast of West Africa, police there found more than a tonne of the drug hidden in secret compartments below deck.
BBC Africa Eye and Cape Verdean rapper Ga DaLomba have investigated ‘Highway 10’, the transatlantic drug smuggling route.

Probably because there are more downsides than upsides! They don't have many nice things to say about Russia or China either - and why! Have you ever tried living in these places? I have and I can only describe my experience as 12 months of sheer hell. Disgusting human rights, disgustingly dirty, disgusting food, chronic poverty, chronic theft. I couldn't wait to get out!
