Dont know if you know this, but just to be sure - you can try and make yourself grounded by looking around your surroundings, pointing out things you see, hear, taste, smeel or feel and breathe long controlled breathes (10 secs in, 10 secs out with a 1 sec in between, or with a shorter breath out). Perhaps sitting down in the proper way helps, with closed eyes and slowly tensing different muscles in your body. If you have been hyperventilating for a while and feel dizzy, you could breathe into a bag to get some more CO2 to balance it out.... just.... those are all supposed to help you deal with panic/anxiety attacks, you might have already known all this, but its better to repeat it then risk someone not knowing.... Hope youll be doing alright :))

I suggest campsite hunting, I got sherb, raymond, chief rudy and many more using this method and tagbackTV covered it on his channel. It does require tons of time travel though. You could always time travel back like I did. Since sherb is new he would be way more common in camp, I've gone through all the new ones exept judy using the method and in the game files its shown the new villagers are a little more common as they are knew and njntendo wanted to introduce them well? Idk
