I use to have swollen feet during pregnancies too , the only thing that helped was palm kernel oil, my hubby helps to use it to massage my feet and while sitting or laying down i always raise my leg on something, a pillow if i am laying down. See Diogo working tirelessly in the farm. I don't like vegetables when pregnant but it's not what we want but what we need😂. Nice Vlog my favorite ❤
