Crying hearing about your grandparents. They are your babies guardian angel. I lost my dad in July 6 weeks after giving birth and it’s the hardest thing ever. While we were so sad that we couldn’t at least have a picture of 4 generations, we knew that he continues to live through our boy. God never takes away without giving us something in return. My condolences for your grandparents. When i found out i was pregnant my grandfathers health declined rapidly. The day he went into hospice my grandmother suffered a stroke. He passed before my son was born. And when my son was born he wasn’t breathing for quite sometime…but i always said that poppa had to hold him first before he came earth side. My husbands mom passed 2 years ago and now the kids call the moon “grandma moon” and they talk to her every day. I say all this to say there are soo many ways to honor passed loved ones and keep them in your kids lives! And you’ll see signs and synchronicities of them still around 😊 On another note, this was the most genuine pregnancy reaction I’ve seen lol. Love you guys.

The not registering and not believing the positive tests is such a throwback for me. I did my test on august 25 (exactly a month before yours 🥰) and when I saw that second line I just couldn’t even move anymore. I texted my sis to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating and then ran to my husband who was still sleeping 😂 after dealing with infertility for 2,5 years this was such a major shock for us. I’m now a few days away from 20 weeks and at times it still doesn’t feel real at all, it’s so hard to wrap my head around 🙈 Big congratulations once again, you guys are going to be amazing parents! Hunter I am very sorry for your loss. I work with the elderly and it is common with longterm partners that this happens. I believe they just know it is ok to go when their spouse dies.
