No, you cannot come to Canada on a study permit after your 10th class, you must atleast complete your 10+2 education from India. Talking about part time jobs, you must be minimum 16 years old to start applying for part time jobs here!👍🏼

Depends on what course you are coming in, and what city, what types of jobs are famous in that city! Talking about general, if you can learn how to do a basic haircut or learn the fundamentals of a computer, learn microsoft softwares like word, excel etc and there is much more!👍🏼
