Finding Peace

​Finding peace can be really easy as long as you are aware of your thoughts. Peace comes when you let thoughts of "the way things should be" go and accept WHAT IS. +Mo Clay Oh my, I have had to practice this so much in my life and it always seemed so easy to slide back into the old ways of thinking. I try to be mindful of my thoughts and it does get easier the more I do it but before I know it, I am practicing again. haha Not beating myself up over the slip-ups made it much better for me. :) You are such a darling. What a beautiful person you are. I recently discovered Easy World and was looking for YT vids and found yours. I lost the love of my life 2.5 years ago and haven't been able to get over it. I couldn't understand why he left and only very recently really "got it" that he left because I was so negative and emotionally-out-of-control. I'm trying hard to change that now but it seems like a huge daunting task that I will never overcome..until I get back into easy world. Yay!! :) You are on the right track. Sometimes we have to hit rock bottom to make us evaluate ourselves and to make us aware of our thoughts. I did too!! I grew up with LOTS of negative thoughts and always had a negative viewpoint... Until I decided to change. hehe Be kind to yourself if you see yourself slipping back into negative thoughts again... It is ok... Then change those thoughts when you are ready. The key is to be aware of your thoughts. You WILL overcome it if you are truly wanting to. It DOES get easier. I promise. Do it for YOURSELF. Don't do it for anyone else. Once you find peace, you will radiate peace. :) That gift that you give YOURSELF becomes the gift you give to the world without even trying. It's hard to believe you were ever negative. It's encouraging to know you overcame and are in such a better place now. Thank you for your uplifting and loving message..it made me cry.
