I was not expecting there to be bodies in the storage units. Bodies that are considered trash, no less. Lol. This game is bizarre, and I really enjoy it. The variety of the items and the fact that you don’t generally get screwed over by the randomization make this game very fun. And I think you made the right call upgrading your scanner. Being able to sell those higher priced items helped a ton. I hope the pawn shop is just as well thought out as the rest of this has been so far.

On the map top right is the milestone icons also you need to be level 20 for new house and car. Level 15 for Tier 3 Auctions and such.

So I’ve not played this but it seems to me that you should be winning every auctions as no matter what you always make at least some money and the thing is that this early in the game the main focus in on getting the renown which you get from every transaction so the more you sell, the better.

I've never played this game, but I asked you to do something when you were complaining about the performance of it on your previous computer. Poorly optimized games and just horribly built ones will use your CPU to render graphics instead of the GPU. You complained about how hot your old PC ran when you played it. I asked you to run a check while you were playing the game so that you can track your CPU usage and GPU usage, you don't need some fancy tool to do this, you can simply use the Task Manager feature of Windows if your GPU doesn't have one of its own, which would seem odd to me, because both AMD and NVidia have one. I am willing to bet this game burdens your CPU with the graphic rendering. Having a GPU is there specifically to give your CPU, which is already running everything else, a break from that. So yeah, constantly running this game on your old PC is probably what ultimately cooked it.

I'd only played the demo on old pc. And ya I use task manager all the time to see what's being used like contractville being mostly all cpu at least the first time I played
