Dude the Salton Sea looks beautiful at sunset and it gets like very purple/pink and it's really pretty but it's filled with a bunch of agricultural runoff from the date farms THANK THE LORD you guys didn't jump in. 😂💀

If anyone really wants to see Salvation Mountain I suggest you go as soon as you can because the owner who created the whole place died a couple of years ago and there's no one really maintaining it now and it's already falling apart.

I live like 30 minutes away from the Salvation Mountain. Its a very pretty place, they guy who built it died a couple of years ago. Now you guys know the kind of heat us people from the Imperial Valley live. The highest is like 120 degrees and with the humidity forget about it.

That lake was the Salton Sea and its polluted with dirty water from the vegetable fields, and every year during spring/summer time it's smells like dead fish all over the coachella valley. That's why there's nobody there.

+Tiare Urena I read into this after we went! Very interesting. Was it populated in the summertime at one point? It looks like back in the 90s it was really happening and now it's all empty

+JoshSobo my dad once told me that during the 50s and 60s it was super crowded but then during the 70s, that's when it went downhill. :(
