When you leave the prison system, finding sustainable employment is a key part of helping you return to normalcy but can often be made difficult due to significant barriers in employment opportunities for those with a criminal conviction.
Kier's prison engagement and employment programme, Making Ground, has been designed to help remove some of those barriers and provide meaningful and sustainable employment opportunities for people with a lived experience of the prison system.
