the b formula does not work what if graph starts at -90 and ends at 270 max value is 1 and min is -3 is a negitive cos grapgh

If you enter your equation into Mathway it’s wrong idk what to say but it’s just a straight line I failed my math test with this formula

Sorry it didn't work out for you mate. But I can assure you, a sin curve is not a straight line. Either Mathway is broken, or there's a problem between your keyboard and your chair. :)
