Finding the Good Farming "Seed"

Nice! Good to hear more of people's methods to manage seeds. What I do is just start a huge amount, let it run the first, if there is a special drop I let it go to 6, if there are more than two special drops at that point I let it run further and check back every once in a while. I did try the single auto method way back and I think that is the most balanced option with no real effort needed because it just tends towards averages.

That sounds like it works well. I've done that when I want to do background runs while farming other things

For backgroumd fights you can queue upto a 100 at once and check after 2 fights. If not good you can end and restart.

That is true. I was just pointing out that you cannot continue with that seed after you're done. Thank you for that point though. I was not clear on it in the video.

Ok, I'm sold!!!! I found what seemed to me as a good seed of an auto run of 5. Hit the Challenge Again and got 2 chests. One chest had a mythic in it! Did more challenges again and received dungeon key, fabic/scale pieces, energy and even better gear with 👍. I will continue to use this system. THANK YOU!!!

sounds interesting but how can we be sure that this seeding method is real, do we have any big samplesizes that verifies or all just based on observation ? since i just dont see why would it be coded this way instead of fixed rates or with some soft pity (which i am afraid is not a thing on gear droprates )

@@faby0821 this is something that has been tossed around for a few months now, and tested by a lot of people. It's not totally confirmed, but it does seem to produce the desired results. Besides, it's a little like Pascal's wager. As to the soft pity on gear, you are correct that there is none unfortunately. There is also no set stats even for ancients. They chose from a group of stats that would match the piece for those. I got an ancient warlord weapon yesterday after 600+ runs, and it didn't have attack bonus. Pity would be nice, but it's not there... Yet (I hope)
