Honestly I know absolutely nothing about harmoniums. They make such a unique sound. Its quite lovely. Thank you for the demonstration. I look forward to hearing how you put it to good use.

What a beautiful sound and the prices are well below what I expected. Such amazing resonance and I think I could easily become addicted if I bought one. Thanks for the demonstration Eva. I'd love to hear you do Arthur McBride on harmonium. I can hear it in my head.

Deluxe one is very very good our Lady but would you not trigger a sample voice via midi in your D.A.W software? (more tonal choices, FX and fun programming). *just a thought. 😉

i've been really interested in kirtans lately and have come to love this instrument. this video may have put me over the edge to add one to my music room. you have a nice sensitivity to the differences of the instruments. have you recorded/posted anything with one yet?

For a woodwind instrument, I'd avoid Pine. Too soft, has knots, dense spots, less resonate. Spruce or Maple would be my choice.

If you hook your thumb in the board behind the bellows you will have more control and don't need to move your whole body
