Now that I think about it, Toffee's finger truly doesn't belong here because with all of Star's meeting with him, she never saw his finger. So technically, it shouldn't be in her memories. Star has a closet full of secrets like Celena the shy, who has trove of secrets behind her fan. Star's warrior aspect is just like Solaria. She is also quite fearless like her mother. And a total rebel with a vast magical potential, who is starting to rejected Mewnian view of the treatment of monsters almost just like Eclipsa.

Theory Time: I think that only the "greatest queens" were shown in this scene. I belive, due to her text, that Clementia was the first one to posses the wand, hence why they talk about so much cosmic secrets and she's holding the wand. Selaria was the one who performed the "grand monster massacre" and secured Mewni. Eclipsia is always hyped big time, I'm not sure what she did but I'm sure it was big stuff. And Moon, AKA Star's Mom defeated Toffe, the series "main villain" which aperantly seems to be big stuff.

I think it's more like he was born before Moon but can't take the throne because hes physically a monster. So he challenged her for his birthright and she defeated him. He wanted the wand destroyed because it's the only thing standing between him and the kingdom. Note that when it was about to blow he smiled. He knows that he will regenerate and thinks that the Butterflies will no longer have their most powerful weapon.

I saw a video that explained something else I never thought about. The wand Ludo has is a skeleton hand that's MISSING ITS MIDDLE FINGER. (Just like Toffee) And he hears WHISPERS from the wand? The WHISPERING spell? Perhaps the spell Star used didn't destroy the wand, by split it. The wand still works somewhat and so does its other half. Maybe the spell lets a person enter the wand and whisper to the user. Just a thought.

Ah yes the episode that totally breaks the series ending, thanks to the Star we follow from her entertaining the wand is a magic memory clone. Oh and before someone tries to deny this I want to point out a few things, 1. From the moment she wakes up in the wand we already see Star a far ahead of her going down the mountain and we see a few other cases of Star’s ahead of ours afterwards. 2. One of the Star’s ahead of her gives hoodie Star information she didn’t already know. 3. It is openly stated that Star herself wouldn’t know the difference if she was a magic clone or not. So basically the original Star was over taken and replaced with a exact clone with only one minor difference, she’s made of magic. So yeah destroying magic should make Star poof too because she was a magic clone, which might mean that the sudden cutoff at the end was due to her proofing.
