I just picked up that exact Tommy Bahama (orange floral one) on Friday.

Prices in Tucson are SO much more expensive than up here in the Phoenix area, a little surprising to me since I've never sourced down there. You should try thrifting up here if you don't normally, there are 63 GWs alone within 25 miles of me.

yeah ive been meaning to make it up there. I made some trips down there a few years ago and I remember not being able to find anything in the goodwills, only the other thrift stores. Thanks for the advice.

Hey! I’m in Tucson and new to the game. Love your vids man. I hope to get better at sourcing. I havent done too bad but I have yet to find when the best times to go are. All this is so new but I find I love shopping(who knew?). Hoping to turn this into a fulltime thing. Any words of wisdom?
@bryanronning9 ай бұрын
My honest advice is don't do this full time, its better part time as you can just sell the best items you can and don't have to mess and stress with the low dollar stuff like me. Entrepreneurship is hard and I did this for years before going full time. That was the advice everyone told me and it angered me enough to try it. So if that's you then great, of not then keep a job and make some extra cash.

@@bryanronning yeah, the problem is I am 55 and no one will hire me. I spent 4 years getting a degree and no one will even consider me. I thought this was the answer. Would you just stick to clothes if you had to start over, or would you branch out and maybe consider selling other items? I have to make something work!
@bryanronning9 ай бұрын
@@cringeworthyx well there is your answer for that. I would probably do everything and see what clicks for you, I didnt like going to garage sales so clothing made more sense to me at thrifts. I did everything until I realized I liked clothing and I did not have a lot of space. I was thinking about introducing different items back in now that I have more space, but decided to start new endeavors instead like youtube and affiliate marketing instead. I guess my answer is just start and you will figure that out for you :p everyone is different, it all works.

If they are selling at 1.50 with no volume (you said you would grab 3 items or so) they put themselves outa business. If your seeing signs of trouble might wanna try some new strategies.
@bryanronning9 ай бұрын
yeah I mean thats 2-5 items less per week, ill have to make that up else wear, doesnt affect me that much
