Wow, This was a great topic to speak on! I found myself struggling/ defeated when studying for the MCAT because I was so focused on the numbers and percentiles. But once I let go of that and started speaking to God more, my entire application changed for the better. The numbers/percentiles stayed the same but the connection I had with God gave me the confidence and faith I needed to keep going because I realized I am greater than these scores/grades/jobs/etc..

I am sorry to hear that sis. You definitely not alone. I am struggling with depression and feeling like I am a failure because I haven't graduated college yet. But I just wish you the best! And good luck on the MCAT, I will be right behind you taking that stressful test too lord but I believe in you fr and I know with God by our sides we are going to do amazing things

@@taleia6069 Thank you! Please don’t be depressed about not graduating college at the time you had in mind. I experienced a lot of setbacks throughout my college years and one thing that I can definitely say is I’m glad it happened. God have revealed so much to me and done so much in my life throughout those hard times and I honestly wouldn’t be the person I am today if it wasn’t for those trials I faced in my undergrad years. Know that God have you exactly where He need you to be and I pray that He continues to give you strength to persevere. You got this sis. Please stay positive and know that better days are coming.

College can be hard sometimes and I definitely felt this way when things were not going well. @luvie Antoine reply is everything . Pray to GOD about how you feel and ask HIM to turn things around. On of my favorite scriptures that is so dear to my heart because of this similar experience is Psalm 16:11 You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. I find my joy in this presence. So all I will say is this : Stay in GOD'S presence and receive his joy. Feel free to personally reach out if you want to talk more. GOD bless.😊💕
