Same bro, I'm a Hindu, but since we both are closely connected culturally at some point, hence I must say, I was also going through the same prblm like you, I used to be a righteous person and practised my dharma, but circumstances had ruined me, it was a tough journey But I must suggest you a few things, first, as we both have several different deities especially "tantric" deities in our cultures, choose a mission for yourself, try to connect that deity to whom you feel connected to, let it be any form of maa Tara, or whoever you feel drawn to, righteousness and the confidence to get onto the track would gradually come to you, be determined, it will be a very gradual process, but have that will power to do good and be good And try to be connected to that deity to whom you feel drawn to, No need to go deep into his/her core tantric practices, if not authorized, but, that experience you will gain, will surely change you and you will gain more confidence to keep up with your dharma 🙏 I may not be entirely from your culture, but due to tantra at some point we both are connected, I am myself a great admirer of vajrayana tantric traditions Hence I can only pray for your well being, hope it helps 🙏🙏🙏

Some times I get so frustrated because of my hard suffering days going on in my life hearing negative words from others. mistakes by their people and blaming me easily etc… and I can’t hold at all. I myself make me positive thinking what is the difference between them and me… Thank you god for the strong feelings that I get just after some time. I go for mantra whenever I feel uncomfortable,unstable. I wish everyone going on like my struggling life get the strength to hold their pain without expressing everyone. Sharing our painful days to others is showing you are weak person asking help indirectly while we are just letting them know how is life going on.
