I really enjoy the contrast between these three runners, seeing their different mind sets and perspectives on their races is so awesome! So uplifting at the end. Lotti has such a great outlook🥰 look forward to seeing more accomplishments from these three! Great job capturing their individual stories Dyl & team!

I appreciate the honesty in the videos showing the highlights and the lowlights. Not everyone will experience a podium finish at a major ultra race or race for that matter, but every runner will experience the very hard things. “I think it is good to practice very hard things.” Adrian MacDonald

Great job on this documentary. I'd never heard of the race or the runners, and yet I was instantly hooked. Loved the three individual's story lines, the footage, and the music especially. Thank you so much!

What an awesome film - I’m attempting my first 100 miler this year and Lotti’s comment about running being stressful and then taking a break and coming back “running for fun” resonates so much with me!! Awesome and thank you so much!!

Thank you for Lotti story 😀😀 she is very nice, calm down to earth😌. I missed that from other female runners stories in KZbin. Finally I hear someone who neither talks loud nor a lot. They all are very sharing people 🙏🙏😀

One of the best running short film I've ever seen! Having three totally different perspectives of the same race is such a winning idea. Personally, I'm more on the woman side. Getting to the finish line means winning. Thanks for this!

"I run because it makes me happy and because I just have fun exploring". That really speaks volumes to us average runners out here! I would add running for longtime fitness and mental health to that. Question: How do you southern Arizona dwellers handle the summer heat? Do you train in the desert?

I was caught a bit off guard by the heat had to double up salt pills and water. But right as dusk set in it was perfect and the bit of night I did was just comfortable. These guys in the video finished in less than 10 hours so they finished In the heat, I finished in 15 hours putting me in around 10pmish.

Almost everyone I talked to this year felt like Adrian - including myself. Of course, he's....much much faster! Impressive that he kept pushing - I always thought guys at this level would be more likely to just drop and save themselves for next race when they see they can't place well and it's simply not their day.

Given that the best distance runners in the world come from Africa, it's interesting to me that there isn't a single black face in this video. I guess it's lucky for these "ultra runners" that Kenyans and Ethiopians don't bother to sign up. If they did, none of these people would ever see a podium again.
