What's the point of drinking almond milk? Is it because it has fewer calories? Skim milk is much tastier than almond milk and has 40 calories per 200 milliliters and more protein. Although I don't know how almond milk is in Korea, at least here in Argentina, it's very watery (it has no taste). Another thing... don't you think that most of the weight you lost was gas and water retention? It's normal for unwanted gases and liquids to accumulate after a week of eating poorly... I've even lost 1.5kg in a single day due to bloating.I equally love these types of videos because they are very relaxing.

it's not so much about the calories but people's values, a lot of people don't like the idea of ingesting hormones from animal milk. I personally drink oat milk because I prefer the taste, brands like oatly or minor figures aren't watery at all.

템플스테이 진짜 추천이요..ㅠㅠ! 전 원래 여러팀이 참여하는 템스로 참가했다가 저 말고 다른 분들은 다 빠지는 바람에 1:1 개인 템스가 돼버렸는데 덕분에 더 깊은 얘기도 나눌 수 있었고 불교에 대해 공부할 수 있었던 좋은 기회가 됐어요! 무엇보다 밥이 맛있어.. 제 입이 순해서 그런가 생각보다 절밥이 기름지고 자극적이더라고요 무엇보다 절에서 나온 찐감자.. 어떻게 찐감자가 그렇게 맛있을 수가 있는지! 템스 갔다오고 나서 몸무게 증량됐었잖아요😂

그쵸 ㅠㅠ 저도 문지르긴 하는데 잘 씻기지도 않고 콘센트 때문에 물에 담가둘 수도 없어서 최선의 방법으로 닦고 있는데요! 아무갓도 안 올리고 물 잔뜩 넣어 찌면(?) 뜨거운 물로 ㅂ불리고 가볍게 수세미로 닦고 있어요! 물론 이렇게 해도 깔끔하게 닦이진 않아 미관상으론 그게그거지만,,, 그래도 뜨거운 물로 닦으면 마음이 놓이더라고요!

It’s not sustainable, if you lose weight too fast it’s more likely to be gained back fast as well and to lose 4 pounds a week it can’t be done long term or it’ll be very damaging to your health, if you go at a slower pace the weight will stay off as well as you will be getting the right amount of nutrients and it’s gonna be easier since naturally you’re going to be eating more rather than a really strict diet, I hope that made sense😭 just be patient and consistent and it’ll all pay off but don’t put health to the side when you come to lose weight🤍

Please be careful when dieting Even with intermittent fasting, you should not lose more than 1 kg per week, because it’s very stressful for your body, especially, for the liver and muscles. Most of the body weight you lost is probably water and muscle mass. Please note that you are consuming a lot of sugar with almond milk, refined carbs, like bread, tortillas, rice, noodles, and high glycemic index fruit (fructose is even worse than regular sugar!) Allulose is a synthetic product made from corn fructose. It’s a possible carcinogen, and for that reason, that reason it hasn’t been approved yet in Europe and Canada. It seems it could be bad for your gut health, too. So, please, avoid processed and ultra processed food, seed and vegetable oils, ketchup, mayo, curry (unless it’s homemade with all natural ingredients), deli meats, etc. As with everything else, moderation is key. As a consequence, most Korean women seem to be on a constant diet, while binge eating at the same time: many have at least one eating disorder. Being thinner does not mean being healthier. 급빠하면서 위를 충분히 줄여야 급찐으오 가지 않는 것 같아요! 그리고 음식 너무 제한하지 않기! 오히려 그러면 제한한 음식 생각 때문에 다이어크 자체가 힘들어지더라고요 급빠 했으면 원하는 음식 양조절해서 적당히 먹기..! 최고는 평소에 입맛없거나 약속없을 때 식단 즐기는게 제일 좋은 것 같아요:)
