Dont know why people complain so much its not like you lot have the money to buy it. To be honest i found the house beautiful. Maybe it needs a bit more colour but thats easily solved. The back wood area is good for dogs specially me i got 4 big dogs who would love runing up and down. In the hill ill put a slide to make it fun going down and in the 2 flat areas ill put extra seating. I wiill build a massive tree house in the wood area with heating and a small library for reading books on a rainy day and a cozy play room for my computer games all in the tree house. Your 45 minutes away from liverpool street station. The bank and finance distric of london and right next to shoreditch and brick lane. This house has lot of potential but people without vision dont see beyond and thats why most of you cant afford it. And for the ones saying 2.5 million for this clearly havent seen what 2.5 million will get you in prime london. Lets just say you will wish you had your own wooded area because you will probably have a box garden. Moral of the story is people are never pleased.

Amazing home just one downfall and they know it that’s why try to cut out what I’m going to say. The house next door on the left is way to close for that asking price. It makes it into some kind of new build line terraces. There should have been alot more space between them

The thing is when you try to make a house too modern, sophisticated, sterically clean and stylish...you looses the warmth, cozyness, old world charm and the liveability overall. This is too stylized and gone overboard to look expensive and modern. Need to strike a balance.
