Moral of the lesson is loud exaust is illegal but riding without helmet legal ? What about those who don't have licence? And those bussed and truck drivers who drive rashly? And don't get my started on how people either use too much horn or don't horn at all..then there's the fact that people keep forgetting they have indicators cause they seem to forget to use them. So that's all legal right ? Oh and the ban on ece and dot helmets that are supposed to be superior than isi helmet ? Yeah that's also legal right ?
