Nigerian/Nigerians/Nigeria always seem to be in the mind of some people. Even when it's not supposed to be so. It's a pathology. Well it's beginning to look like it's a kind of pathology in quite a significant number of people. Nigeria/Nigerian is permanently preying on their mind. Something like 'Nigeriaosis'? The other explanation could be that there must be something quite remarkable about those Nigerians. So much so that for good or for bad, people always have a need to talk about them even when the issue at hand has got nothing to do with them.

@@moham.279 I just can't get my head around the fact that he managed to bring Nigeria into this video, a video which is clearly mainly about a house in Kenya. How obsessed must such a person be to even be capable of doing that. I would understand if the video is something focusing on real estate industry/market in Nigeria and Kenya. But this is just about a property in Kenya, and the man HAD to drag Nigeria into it. It doesn't make sense, it's beginning to look like sickness of the mind. May God save us from weirdos.

@@alexbanj7a7bc I am Nigerian, a property investor primarily in the Lekki axis in Lagos and I'm currently looking at Abuja too. Sadly the finishing is awful in many cases - paint on door frames, misaligned wall switches, and plugs, doors open inwards when they ought to open outwards, etc. As you can imagine I view a lot of properties online - Of course, we have fantastic developers too - Landwey, Hall 7, Brains, and Hammers, etc. But there are too many cowboys especially around the Lekki, Ajah, Abijo, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya area. Honestly, in this day and age, we should have moved away from 'Oga just manage it like that' which is something I've heard so so many times.

Ever since the clip with The WaJesus couple, I’m riveted and loving this channel. My only recommendation would be considering if your video technicians can incorporate before and after captions to highlight and conceptualize the makeover and it’s overall impact on space. It matters for the optics rather than just a presumptive narrative from Cynthia. I’m an HGTV fanatic and all my favs like Good Bones, Property Brothers, Love it or List it tend to utilize this component. I am constructing a new house for my parents who have been my rock, inspiration, role model and a pillar in my life including my other siblings. While growing up my parents sacrificed alot including their dream house for our education and to put a hot meal on table. Now as agrown up, with the minimal income that i got i decided to build for them their dream house as a sign of appreciation. Great design, quality finish. A little more balance (grass and concrete) at front yard would have been better. Also, why pass the iron handrail at front staircase through the precast columns? Golan heights type security fencing ruins the architecture.
