The whole mansion is undoubtedly a breathtaking testament of opulence and luxury.Loved the transformation that took place to create this beautiful mansion.Here are the few structural changes I noticed: 1.The introduction of a cascading water feature and sculpture at the entrance of the house.This feature brings out an aura of tranquility,aura and charm. 2.The walk in closet in the master bedroom is every girls dream.This is an upgrade which creates more room for storage while maintaining the aesthetics.Love the snake lights that flow through the cabinetry. 3.The store has been converted to accommodate a functional self contained bedroom with a bathroom plus huge windows to allow enough light with the gypsum effect on the ceilings to bring out the luxurious effect. 4.The open kitchen has been revamped to not only accommodate different cabinetry but also has a fully fitted aquarium in the counter top to bring out the visual experience that cannot go unnoticed as one approaches the kitchen. 5.The exterior kitchen has been transformed to accommodate a marble worktop for the family to sit and enjoy the backyard view while cooking.The glass windows are absolutely stunning with the see through effect. 6.The fire place lounge area has been completely transformed with a lighting staircase leading through to the place .One can be able to have a better view of the entire mansion from there plus the aesthetics add a different touch and vision to it❤. Wow! The progress over the last 2 years is beyond phenomenal. You guys have created such a beautiful masterpiece…the architectural brilliance is exquisitely crafted,each angle shows exceptional prowess and craftsmanship behind this mansion. There were soo many notable changes but here are the ones that stood out for me; I. The facade of the landscape as you come through the driveway has totally changed. What was previously just a random hill, now has an entire stairway which was constructed from scratch, the fine stone detail on the walls which has been clad all the way leading to the fireplace. The fireplace seats has been fitted with a cushion…I really love the detail of the individual stones that have been meticulously put in place. There is also a water tower and bbq space. II. The main entrance to the house has seen such a huge transformation. From the cladding and finishing of the columns,textured walls,paint work and amazing sculptures. There has also been a huge improvement in the garden..so many different types and species of flowers and trees. The door was previously hardwood has now been replaced with corrugated steel door fitted with glass allowing the light to flow into the house. I also noticed the ceiling to the entrance has been fitted with recess lights compared to how it was before III. The powder room/guest bathroom which was previously just a sink has now been fitted with a marble stone carved sink,a magnificent mirror with cove lighting and the Wayne scotting on the wall is truly amazing. From the quality of materials used,Victorian finishing and craftsmanship…this room has seen a facelift 😍 IV. The kitchen has been totally remodeled. From the magnificent island,cabinetry,lighting,marble top counters,huge double volume ceiling and aquarium ❤️🙌🏽 it’s giving luxury…it’s giving Fine Urban really delivers nothing but the best 👌 V. The space that is near the exterior kitchen/ pergola was previously just grass and now has been transformed into a waterfall. It has an amazing handcrafted sculpture that will allow water to cascade into each infinity pool,level by level and finally into the koi pond which will be filled with fish. 1.The beautiful soapstone sculpture water fountain, handcrafted all the way from Kisii, which features an innovative water storage system integrated beneath the fountain. 2.The fence so detailed now includes the uplifting message, "Today is a good day." Very unique you don’t get to see this just anywhere. 3. Extensive landscaping has been done, introducing more greenery with various species of trees, flowers, and plants. The façade now has details on the walls with fine stones 4.The water closet (toilet facility) has been upgraded with a mirror featuring Victoria-style finishing on the wall, a marble sink, and additional storage space with paneling beneath the washing area. 5.A stunning aquarium installed in the counter in the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen now has more storage areas for linens, kitchen essentials, decorative items etc. 6.The kitchen also has a marble sink, a dining area and a marble countertop on the island that is easy to clean. I don't know if it's just me, but Fine Urban Interiors has truly enlightened me with their beautiful custom-made homes. I found myself learning new words like 'foyer' and other construction terms. This Mega Mansion is everything a man would wish to have. Here are my six year structural changes from the day you started working on this Mansion. 1. a stunning outdoor fire pit set in a once-empty piece of land. The space has been transformed into a cozy, inviting retreat that seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings, not forgetting the L-shaped wall with sand mesh and grass patch. The area is illuminated by strategically placed, low-voltage pathway lights that will be installed gently highlight the stonework and surrounding greenery. 2. Right next to the garage, there was an open space that was carefully thought about. A space within the house was identified to be a laundry room. they broke down the wall and added a partition wall to be inside the laundry area and outside the drying area. 3. As you walk into the main entrance door, two-two square windows on the left and right are changed into tall windows allowing more natural light to come into the house. 4The level of cladding and finishing of the columns and pillars at the main entrance was brand new creating a spacious space. 5. The big solid door at the main entrance was replaced by a beautiful steel door. Also, all the doors were replaced from having vinyl to pure white. 6. In cooperation with gypsum sealing into the interior and the kitchen there will be an L-shaped island partition created into an aquarium was added. The entire kitchen cabinets were replaced.

Room number 5 which used to be a Store converted into a bedroom and everything done beautifully from scratch you can't even notice. 2.The house now includes an outdoor kitchen, which was not present before, complete with beautiful cooking stations that allows one to have breathtaking views and experience natural lighting while cooking.3. The inside kitchen now has a cooking station equipped with a tap for added convenience while cooking, more storage places that are even hidden. 4.The display shelf in the dining area is a new addition. It's multifunctional, providing an open view from the dining space while also introducing more light into the living area. It also serves as a perfect spot for decor. The shelf is beautifully handcrafted by Fine Urban themselves. 5.At the back of the property, there are a lot of things that were not there from start eg the breathtaking fountain sculpture that will pour water into the pool,a lighting feature with a built-in sound system not forgetting the beautiful coloured bean bag seats outside providing a good chilling spot when you are outside and you just want to enjoy the breeze 6. 1. The landscape area is fitted well with a stone to avoid flooding. 2. At the entrance we have a steel door in combination with the glass (solid door) modern door. 3.Kitchen counter has a fully fitted aquarium in the counter top and the beautiful island which is so spacious, luxurious and functional. 4. Fountain area/place was just an open space now we have a few things like the fountain and sculpture with a light feature which also features the sound system connected to the rest of the house. 5.Room number five was a store, they figured it out because of the lighting and the beautiful views from outside and they transformed it to a bedroom. 6.The master bedroom has a jacuzzi and a fireplace in the bathroom, this also includes a mini office.

The upgraded area features a luxurious experience with a jacuzzi, marble sinks, and a display shelf for toiletries. The backyard has been enhanced with a green area that complements the surroundings. The new cascading water feature, sculpture, and integrated sound system add to the relaxation experience, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The outdoor space has been improved with a firepit that creates a cozy, serene atmosphere with stunning views. It’s a perfect place to relax, enjoy a glass of wine, have a barbecue, and unwind.
