As somebody who fingerboards the way he tilted his hand back so far with the last ollie was how I genuinely learned to ollie when I first started. I did go frame by frame, and he never used his thumb or other fingers to pick up the board. He just tilted really far back. If he puts in a bit more work, he can get higher ollies without tilting his hand so much.

This is the problem, with people posting themselves starting out on a fingerboard, and yes please keep posting its just people hate too much, it can take up to a year to get consistent proper ollies like the pros, it took me a few months but i got it, and i started out exactly as he is doing in this video, now im hitting treys, kickflips into grinds, nollies, and all. Just stop hating on something you know nothing about, the world would be so much better.
