Finger porting (?!) & Piston mods! More power for the 268xp. Husqvarna chainsaw repair & tuning.

In this video I dive into trying out finger/ boost porting! I also do some mods to the piston for more flow and a little more intake timing.
All on the 268xp that came along in the 181 deal.

Your more or less right on the main theory on the finger ports, another big factor in how they preform is they also add volume to the crank case

Love it, really keen to try porting, so yeah lapping up every bit of info I can find🧐 think I'll start with a dremel or something similar. Also still desperately waiting for those makita parts so will be doing the muffler mod on the 254g this morning to try an satiate the itch.
