2 cup maida
5 tbsp oil
salt -to test
1/2 ajwain
1/2 cup of water
For Stuffing-
5 boiled potato
1tbsp coriander leaves
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp chat masala
salt -to test
1tbsp kasuri methi
1/2 cumin seeds
5 green chilli
