If you’re wanting to deeply learn mandolin I can highly recommend Emma as a teacher. I’ve been taking on line lessons for several months. My technique has improved and of equal Importance my whole approach to music has changed. Emma has helped me to really think about the music. She is very attentive to what I do and always has step by step tools to help me with difficulties.

This took me a while to grasp. It started to fit in my brain when you talked about the hammer-on and slide technique...I'm going to have to watch this again to get a better feel....You are a great teacher. Thank you

Great video !! My fingering tends to be somewhat sloppy on the mandolin and this will help ! Well done ! Thank you !! Any chance that you will do a similar video about playing in higher positions (shifting) ? Great sounding mandolin by the way :-)
