The link to the pattern is beneath this video and is almost verbatim to the video do that might be another help next to the video. Can't share your opinion on the sound. I just listened it on my cell phone and i was able to hear every word said (Even without earphones and i don't have the newest one). So i don't know the reason why the sound is bad like you said in your case. Cc close captions might help so you tube give the words/subtitles to you. You might wanna try earphones (just an idea). Good luck with knitting.
