Great idea. I am learning Spanish and I have one suggestion. For example, this is the sentence from the "En el Mercado": Cliente: 200 gramos de cerezas, por favor. It would be better to spell numbers because some people don't know how to say 200 in Spanish. Put it into brackets/parenthesis, for example - 200 (two hundred)

Also it depends on the language. Some languages have more correspondance between their written and oral forms than others.
