I opened mine and hoped with a bit of oil and tightening it would work....but nope! So I have spent $40 and bought a new one with 12 months warranty. So if I occasionally oil it fire a few nails through its likely to last a while?

Thank you that’s exactly what I’m going to do. Thank for advice. Take care...Tony

@@HowYouCanDoItToo Tony! would you believe I thought I would give it one more go!...I opened it again and notice the driver had the smallest curve in it...so i literally bent it the opposite way and bam! She works! I think it was catching on the way back in..So I still have the other one on the way! That's the bugger with Ebay not like you can just get a refund! I'll leave it in the workshop so my old one knows not to stuff around...there's a newer model waiting!!!

So if I have a nail in my tire and I need a plug or patch do I just go by a new tire? OF COURSE NOT! PEOPLE PUT SOME EFFORT INTO IT, IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT, LEARN HOW TO... GET ENCOURAGED AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS.

I so agree with you, my whole point of posting was to save people money. I only paid less than 100 for homeowner finish nailer. I read the trouble shooting on my nailer and ordered parts only to find out it wasn’t my problem. Now that I opened it up and seen it was going to be 40 to 60 more. Save time and money add 20 more dollars and get a new homeowner finish nailer. I thank you for your feedback and you speak truth and much respect. I tried to show reality when it comes to over buying parts for a cheap nailer. 80% of my videos is all about encouraging. Take care...Tony

Show us videos of how to fix things and leave the judgment to us . I have a $500 nailer and I am not going to throw it away because of a $40 dollar part. What a waste of time .
@tommyboy28554 жыл бұрын
That it? Did you fix it or not? WTF
@HowYouCanDoItToo4 жыл бұрын
No, watch other videos and waste your money and time. I did the video because I did watch others and already spent 40 by watching the videos that didn’t fix it and can buy another one cheaper. So WTF waste your money. Trying to do you a favor if you watched it all.

Yeah, you wasted my time. I’ve got the parts. I need to rebuild another one too. And it’s been a while. And I don’t know what I did with the playlist of videos. Somehow, KZbin listed this video second in search results And you jerked me around for two minutes. You got the thing apart, you got the parts and installed them, You’ve got a video camera, and it appears you like to , but instead of a two minute rebuild, you decided to talk for two minutes and then just leave.

Yes I spent two minutes so people wouldn’t buy the parts and realize the parts they got didn’t work and spent hours and can go by another cheap one like most home owners buy cheaper than wasted more time and money! So yes hopefully you won’t waste more than two minutes of your time on something that cost you more to fix than what it’s worth. People like me are truly trying to help people out. If you have more patience when you are teaching someone you know what not to do and think two minutes is too long for your precious time. Maybe you should of took two minutes to realize where you saved your playlist 😂
