I used to be a short-tempered person 2-3 years ago. Listening to BK Shivani made me realise about the creation of karma. Now yesterday when I was being kind towards my partner, he was still saying hurtful things by misunderstanding me. I did not react because I didn't want to create bad karma. Seeing the video made me realise this is what I wrote in my destiny years ago. It doesn't hurt that much now but I do wish it never happened though.

@@gauravnagpal5120 भाई जी यहाँ पर 2 situations है।1 टेबल मैंने ही रखी थी और रखकर भूल गया या यह नही सोचा कि इससे किसी को चोट भी लग सकती है। अब हो सकता है कि मुझे चोट लगने से पहले कई लोगो को चोट लगी हो और उन सबने भी टेबल रखने वाले को कोसा और आगे बढ़ गए बिना उसे रास्ते से हटाए। अब मैं वहाँ पहुँचा और मुझे चोट लग गयी। मतलब टेबल मैंने रखी थी,हटाई नही,के लोगो को चोट लगी,फिर मुझे भी लगी तो गलती या कर्म किसका? मेरा ही हुआ ना? 2 टेबल किसी ओर ने रखी,लेकिन मैंने उसे देखा नही और चोट लगी।तो गलती उसकी भी जिसने रखी और गलती मेरी भी कि मैंने नही देखा। आम जीवन मे भी जब हम सड़क पर चलते है या drive करते है तो सड़क पर गड्ढे होते है वो गड्ढे मैंने तो नही बनाए? फिर भी मैं अपने आपको उन गड्ढो से बचाऊंगा ये मेरा कर्म हुआ और मैं सकुशल घर पहुँचा ये मेरी destiny हुई। उस समय भले मैं सरकार को कोसू, जिसने वो गड्ढे किये उसको कोसू लेकिन मेरा ध्यान अपने कर्म पर ही होगा कि मुझे इनसे बचना ही है अगर सकुशल रहना है तो। अब आध्यात्म के दृष्टि से देखे तो जिन आत्माओ से हमारे हिसाब किताब है उन्होंने कई tables हमारे लिए बिछा रखी है और हमने भी रखी हुई है किसी के लिए। हमे चोट ना लगे उसके लिए हमे बचना है। परमात्मा कहते है इस सृष्टि ड्रामा में सब निर्दोष है।गलती किसी की नही सब हमारे इस या पूर्व जन्मों के हिसाब किताब है।चुकाओ और हल्के हो जाओ😊😊 जैसे किसी ने मुझे बिना मतलब गालियां दे दी मैं उसे नही जानता ना वो मुझे जानता है,फिर भी दे दी। वो आत्मा मुझसे अपना हिसाब चुकतु करने आयी थी क्योंकि शायद मैंने उसे पहले गाली दी होगी। अब अगर मैंने भी उसे गाली दे दी तो फिर नया हिसाब बन गया। लेकिन अगर मैं शांत रहा तो हिसाब खत्म,चुकतु हो गया।आब वो आत्मा या तो मुझे कभी नही मिलेगी और अगर मिली भी तो गाली नही देगी😊😊

किसी को कभी भी भोगना/पीड़ा नाहीं होनी चाहिए। लोग हमें धोखा दे सकते हैं, हमें पीट सकतें हैं, हमारे शरीर को खतम भी कर सकतें हैं, मगर हम अंदर कैसा महसूस करते हैं, ये हमेशा हमारे हाथ में है। अंदर हम हमेशा खुश और शांत रह सकते हैं। हर किसी के पिछले जन्मों के करम आज नहीं तो कल उसके सामने ज़रूर आते हैं। पर याद रखें: कल जब मैं किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति के साथ बुरा व्यवहार कर रही थी, तब उसके पास भी ये विकल्प था की अंदर वो फिर भी अच्छा महसूस करे। और ठीक इसी तरह, आज जब मेरे उस करम का फल मेरे सामने आएगा, तब मेरे पास भी विकल्प होगा कि मैं उसको भोगूँ या योग से ख़ुशी ख़ुशी उस समय को पार करूँ। पछतावा, दुःख ये सब मिथ्या है। हाँ ये है की जब वो करम हमारे सामने आता है तब हमें भूल जाता हैं कि हमारे पास विकल्प है। जब हम शरीर बदलते हैं तब सारी बातें भूल जाति है। सिर्फ़ पिछले जन्म की आदतें नहीं छूटती। तब जब कोई हमारे शरीर को चोट पहुँचता है या कोई ऐसा करम करता है जो हमारी सोच के हिसाब से सही नहि है, तब हम अपने अंदर इतना दर्द पैदा करते हैं, जिसको ठीक करने में सालों या कभी जन्मों बीत जाते हैं। दर्द में पड़कर हमारे करम और ग़लत होते जाते हैं। इसीलिए हरदम उस भगवान को याद करें, बिलकुल उसके जैसा बनते जाए। अपना अच्छा करें, दूसरों का बुरा नहीं। कोशिश करें की कोई ऐसा करम ना करे जो करने के बाद आप खुद में अच्छा ना महसूस करे। या ऐसा करम ना करे जो आप खुद के साथ ना होने देना चाहते हों। लोगों को खुश करने की कोशिश ना करे। खुश या दुखी होना हमारा अपना निर्णय है।

Still don't understand.. What was my karma, why is it not getting immediately, why to get results of karma birth after birth which I have not seen, remember ever don't know is it bad/ good karma. For a soul, which is eternal, changing bodies is nothing more than changing clothes. What we think is death is a big thing when we are in body consciousness. Visualize it this way: We change clothes everyday, but situations i.e. the karmas we have created has nothing to do with what cloth we are wearing today. In the ‘circle of lifetimes’, there is no start or end point. Earlier in satyug/tretayug, when I was in soul consciousness, changing bodies won’t cause a memory loss. So, it didn’t matter if the karma i performed 400 years ago, came my way today even if i had changed bodies by then. I was aware that this was supposed to happen. In kalyug, we have been living in body consciousness for many births. So, we keep forgetting who we actually are. This is when the question arises why can’t we get the results of our own karma until I have the memory i.e. before I leave this body.

One person’s negligence made the other person die. Let’s visualize this same situation in two different cases: 1) Both the persons were rajyogis: The soul comes out of the body, blesses the other person and moves on. The other person forgives himself, creates no guilt, gets aware the this karma will definitely come his way and to face it practices more and more stability through yoga. So, Death in this janm of one person = death in other janm of other person. Karmic account settled. No bad emotions created or radiated. 2) None of them were rajyogis: Soul leaves the body and creates anger, resentment, hatred, revengeful feelings against the other person. Takes other body while in pain. Starts radiating the pain in every other karma or action. The other person creates guilt, holds on to that pain, hates himself, loses his peace, happiness everything and starts radiating pain. Karmic account multiplied. No one is responsible for how we feel inside as what we feel is our own creation. We have the POWER OF CHOICE HOW TO FEEL INSIDE NO MATTER WHAT’S THE SITUATION INSIDE. Karmic accounts will come our way in the form of situations inside. But it is upto us if we choose to suffer internally or be at peace with yog.

A simplistic view on karma. Sometimes yoy cannot see the consequence. There is betrayal and a knife in the back for doing good actions. Objective fact..not blame In some cases what you say applies. Present karma: there is another way to look at it which is simpler.
