Those gypsum snake lights actually don't flicker. Its just that the action camera records at very high speed frames per second and those snake lights when on due to their operating frequency appear to be flickering..i experienced the same flicker on a recorded video even though during the live shoot the lights were On BUT as the recording is uploaded they appear to be rapidly flickering while not. My opinion is that the owner of this property was in a hurry to put up this structure for unknown reasons that's why the work is appearing to be good in a slanted way with questionable finishing touches. However we can learn something from this.

That final touch on interior is not up to standard, that house should be in league of a guy who call himself kijana msafi interior designs who does classic finishings.

That depends on exposure and available funds. Personally, I believe the TV area would be better suited to one of the long walls. Bedrooms and the kitchen could get a bit more size for proper circulation. The bathrooms and kitchen could both be updated with more modern accessories. Still above average work.

Come to realize that these are very local houses by very local contractors they are not really exposed much to better things out there. if the owner can spend this amount of money to build this house they should be able to get a better quality finishing team They need to consult interior designers

The roofing is extremely very well done, However the living room is poorly executed in that the Tv WALL is hidden in a corner wall instead of centre of the room, such that guys sitting at the dinning area cannot see the tv.The tilling grout finishes are wanting..,poorly finished in some cases across the house and kitchen serviette window is too tiny.The kitchen cabinets and finishing's are mediocre to say the least. The owner needed to get a better deal than this according to the financial outlay i have seen. TO me the estimated costs for entire site ie house walls and water systems including boreholes close to to 10 million ksh. or higher...overall the construction done in such a short period is a good trial though i believe the owner could have gotten a much more top notch finished product in terms of sizes and executions.i would score this as a 7 out 10 overall.

The finishing of the front main door is very poor. They don't have enough socket outlets in all rooms I checked the living room there's only two outlets you need more sockets There are some rooms that just have one socket the kitchen does not have enough sockets either

Yes, it is a beautifully finished home! About the kitchen, I thought so too. Also, I observed that bedrooms are so small. I wondered why the master was somehow too small with little storage amenities. Another weakness for me was the absence of solar security lights outside. Overall, a great job in the rural setting!

Wanjala, there nothing elegance about the windows, honestly they are poorly done especially the door, on the tv area there is nothing to write about ama anaplan kuweka 14" tv. The kitchen designer did a very poor job especially on cabinetry. Those boards used are not for the cabinet. I think the builder lacks exposer and creativity. The living room looks like a night club!😂😂😂

I addressed the that in my live yesterday. My job is to educate and inspire not to discourage, plus I am not their paid consultant so I keep my views to myself when I visit sites....Overall that house has so many weaknesses.
