Good job! I had the same fps problem, but i put the graphics on the highest and after that i got 80-90, sometimes 100. I dont know what graphics quality do you use, but try to put it on the highest, it worked for me.

Use Mop mod from Nexus mods to improve fps .You will get around 90-120 fps.

You should get the Ruscko by winning the pig man in the blackjack (Car bet) and you can also get his house when you win the blackjack (House bet) but you need to save your game before doing that because if you loose, you will loose the satuma and the house Edit: The time for the pig man (the dealer) to appear is around 20:00 to 08:00 in his house and you should check the wiki for more strategies on the blackjack.

To get better performance you can try using MOP (Modern optimization plugin) but from past experiences it makes my Satsuma get stuck to the ground, but I fixed it with grab anything, you can also try to use -force-directx/-force-OpenGL to get just a little bit more fps.

I got a rally tune that works good for me. Its scroll the B all the way to the + and then go 5 mouse scrolls back and for the r move all the way to the - and go 18 times up to the +, try it!

I just finished the rally for the first time and won the trophy and it was a horror. Seeing how you did it so easily and faster than me I feel much more lame than I felt after finally winning. It was like my worst nightmare. All the crashes and restarts. I even had to push the car to the finish line once (I was very close to it) because a rally driver crashed into me and broke my whole engine. (I also had steering wheel fyi)
