In Australia now the Regulation is a TRIPLE layered Pipe. For risk of Heat build-up and Fire, they deem lesser Pipe layers too much of a safety hazard.

I'm not an expert, but the chimney problem might be the horizontal length of the pipe. That's where the most heat and smoke will build up. Maybe an angle pipe inside that's not 90 degrees, a shorter horizontal pipe through the wall, and then another angle pipe with the top of the chimney on that. I'm just throwing out ideas, and I'm sure you will come up with a solution. You always do. Hugs to Pyosel, and stay safe!

I just found this channel a week or so ago and have been enjoying the videos, but I know my advice will be 2 months too late in regards to your stove chimney problems. Simplest solution is insulated double wall pipe, or what's known as "B vent". It's available in many sizes and configurations, most with an interior diameter or 4"-6" and exterior diameter of 6"-8". There are also multiple wall penetration flashing options that would allow you a very secure, airtight, watertight and fairly flush transit of the chimney thru the wall of the dugout. Just a suggestion. You have a great smile and love seeing Pyosel in the videos, especially when he's got the "zoomies" after being released from his lead. Look forward to more videos as you release them!

Something you might want to check and make sure it is clear is the pipe you use to allow fresh air into the dugout. It could be partly or completely obstructed. Also, unless Pyosel shows signs that he is sick, I would not worry about him not drinking. He may have just not been thirsty. Does happen, especially when he is not free to run around (because of the lead) on the trip to the dugout and the temperature is cooler 😀

Our winters were -40°C (-40°F) Sometimes the winds were 80-90 kph (50-60 mph) and snow was 325-350 cm. Winter lasted 6 months. Now I live in Colorado where we seldom go below -15°C. I like Colorado better.

Love your videos! They are a great diversion from my own assembly problem. I can really appreciate your frustration with the oven exhaust pipes. A couple of months ago I gave into a desire for a new big screen TV. So then I had to find the right size stand. I finally found the perfect one...design, size everything. Or so I thought. It had to be assembled and arrived sooner than expected. I quickly got into the assembling and discovered that the combo bolt & screws were collapsing. They were definitely substandard. Checking around I also found there was nothing like them available. Grrrr. I ran into one of the maintenance guys for my complex. Explained my problem, confiding that I had pretty much decided to use wood epoxy coupled with the wonky screws, but didn't know how to keep them in place until the epoxy set up. He started laughing and replied Duct Tape! Omigod, would never have thought of man's solution to every small repair! Duct tape! Well, have to admit it seems to be working, lol. I know it won't help with your problem but checking around with some of your viewers probably will. We all admire your determination to find the ways to accomplish your goals. Keep up the great videos, best ever!

I don’t know if it will help stop the smoke from the chimney but I think you have the insulation that is wrapped around the pipe outside the wrong way around. The fuzzy stuff should be touching the pipe and the silver side should be on the outside. Maybe double-check with the manufacturer. All the best.
