"Grow-finish pigs using bowl/cup drinkers or wet/dry feeders use less water, generally averaging just over 1.0 gal/pig/day"
1. arent you afraid standing in the middle of these monsters? 2. how do you make sure they all get about the same amount of food? I assume some would (pardon the pun) hog the feeder till its all gone, leaving others with none

I've.been curious about that also, I'm not sure how the farmers try to even it out to where most or all of the pigs are eating the same amount of food. As for your first question, it looked like these pigs were curious or even maybe wanting to be friendly with the guy, it didn't look like they wanted to attack him, so I don't think the guy had any reason to be afraid of these pigs. It's more often the other way around, pigs are often frightened of people, especially with how roughly and even abusively many people treat pigs, not to mention slaughter them. People gotta treat pigs kindly to get them to not be afraid of them, that's why factory farm pigs are often frightened of the people there and sanctuary pigs are often approachable and friendly to the people there. These pigs didn't actually seem too scared of this guy, he must be treating them more gently than some people treat their pigs. These pigs were walking up to him and looking up at him looking even a bit friendly, and were not trying to get away from him (with the exception of some of the pigs on the other side of the room at the last part of this video, maybe they were treated worse than all the approachable pigs during the majority of this video

Well you could give them more space to move around. Stop the cruelty to animals!

@Ana: we are the best sensor, if we didn’t see any pig sad or in discomfort, it means they are healthy and happy.

Seeing these comments shows the stupidity and shit us farmers deal with, thanks for the laugh because I know you have 0 intelligence when it comes to livestock and agriculture in general, city snowflake at it's finest.
