Finishing Color and Light I - Learning Value and Light with the Solo Artist Curriculum

This week ended up as a Dorian Iten week. I really enjoyed following his method and his teaching style. I also read a bit on the topic and decided to incorporate some personal project time on my drawing time from now on... I will see how this will go, but it feels important to start combining studying with furthering my own interests in illustration.

I noticed you disappeared and stopped posting for like two months. Did you take a break from drawing? Great to see you posting again by the way

Yes, I took a break from the curriculum because I moved to a new city and had the kids on a school break that involved some travelling abroad and a rather busy time. I did not stop drawing entirely, though, because I had an illustration project with an end of August deadline that I was able to meet, but I had to choose my priorities and could not really focus on the curriculum for 2 months. I am glad to be back. Thank you for the encouragement!
