Rather than paint the sprocket (the paint is going to wear off pretty quickly), you might have tried bluing the sprocket in machine oil. That would have made it "black" with a bit more wear resistance.

Defiantly laser engrave the side of the exhaust! The bike looks awesome. I wish I could afford this mush carbon fiber on my bike. I have the carbon edition 2015 Ducati Diavel. I just put new carbo fiber side air intake covers on. Looks a lot better than the OEM metal ones. But to have carbon fiber wheel would be so awesome.

It still works but they usually don't bite as much as the factory one but with sport bikes braking power is 70% done with the front brakes anyway

Actually you are not correct... although there is not as much surface contact the rotor runs extremely cool due to the open areas and less surface contact means less drag and heat... it's all about fine balance. I do believe that factory rotors do not perform well under extreme braking but do last longer overall for street riding. Hope this helps.

It will be fine. Most middle weight race bikes have the same. Rear breaks aren’t abused like the front.

@@CG17LIFE In short, No. This is assuming your using your brakes correctly meaning, 90/95% front usage. If you are utilizing rear outside of this, the only difference would be wear rate of the parts. This also applies to the stock rotor; however, the aftermarket rotor physical dimensions could increase this. As an example, I have yet to change my rear rotor on my race bike after 4yrs of racing. Pads once a yr just because. Street riding is differs due to a lot of variables but, you get the idea.

Whomever gets this bike OR decides to install Ti bolts to sprocket carriers: 1. Make sure you add blue Loctite. 2. Check these often! I’ve seen these back off and strike the swing arm while riding.

you Just replaced one of the best things that bike had. That Regina Chain is a maintenance free chain. Don't have to lube it and it lasts for ages. That's one transformation I wouldn't do.

yeah but this new set up is almost 3 lbs lighter which is rotational mass that affects the ridability of the bike...so I'd say lubing the chain now and then is worth it
