I remember one loading screen tip that said “some tribes are better than others in different stages of the game. Murlocs for example are strong early but fall off late” yeah rite :D

@SomersBugtopia they were kinda hit or miss at the start. If you hit brann/megasaur and you got poison/divine shield you would be unbeatable but it was absolutely feast or famine for them back then.

Beasts don’t need a complete rework but they need a change. The combats taking forever is my #1 problem.

Beasts have been the highest win percentage build for half a year now. Beasts deserve nerfs. Banana on 4 was OP. Hawkstrider is stupid powerful it is on par with most T6. And also if there are two beast players in top 4 and 1 infinite pirate player or an elemental/ Kali-dragon build the non-beast players get shorter turn times making them scale less.

Highest win percentage build at low mmrs. At higher mmrs in quest meta you can clearly see that beasts struggle to keep up.

To aswer Dog, They keep nerfing beasts not because they are powerful, but because of game feel. Losing to Beasts feels really awful because how much it looks like it's down to combat RNG. Beasts almost always have that chance, were if RNG goes your way you hit the Banana or Baron early enough in the sequence to win. You would think that would mean people like playing against them, as you usually have at least a slim margin to win, but instead it makes you feel every loss. Most Endgame boards, you can tell your chances of winning at a glance. Not with beasts. (most people don't use an add-on that calculates the odds for them, and combat has too much RNG for a human brain to parse quickly. So most see a beast board and find a path to victory, their brain short-handing their odds into 50/50. )

They are good early,mid and late game. They accelerate to a early level of power that’s hard to beat a cross various times in the game, but they level off quickly unless the player is very luck. The real issue is quests. Quests have always been your rolling the lobby or getting rolled. Dogs video is a perfect example what is wrong with quests. He got two good ones and were easy to complete and rolled the lobby.

Losing to murlocs feels the same because their late game has all of the utility in the world. Venom + big stats + resource generators + deathrattle summons

True. I cant count how I often I lost against a mediocre beast build because my stupid minions didnt kill Baron or Banana in time. Heck, last lost was one of the worst because I lost a damn 50/50 in the end when my minions killed a Sly Raptor instead of their Banana Slammer. I didnt touch BG since then because it just feels awful to lose like that.

Only Sire can get two Quests, and Sinstone is not offered to Sire. Only Heroes that have a hero power that allows them to Discover will ever be offered Sinstone.

Im surprised they still havent changed copy murloc card I was half expecting it to be 2 or 3 mana to get vanilla copy but seems like its gonna stay with us.

@@maomaeramnon3870They changed it in a way that still allows it to be ridiculously strong, copying a huge Bream is *not* worth 4 gold especially considering tavern spells can be generated anyways.

Question: Does Conch still works with golden minions?(I know it can't *copy* golden minions) Like in this case, Dog wanted to have Divine Shield, but he had to play the non-golden Bream, wich would result on him only having the Golden Bream in his hand, can you still play Conch and get a non-Golden Copy? Cause if the answer was no, it was impossible to get Divine Shield on that Bream since he had Pilfered.
