this game was made for the older consoles, since you are playing on pc, FPS over 120 tends to cause issues. You can fix it by capping your fps anywhere between 60-120

bro it was so hard to watch this after you ended the stream cuz I wanted to say "save the girl, shoot mason in the leg, spare menendez" cuz all 3 of the choices impact the ending, and if you save the girl, shoot mason in the leg, and spare menendez, mason doesn't die, and it ends with menendez banging his head against a wall in his cell while the girl is on a late night show
