You damaged the battery trying to pull it out is my guess. I'd check each individual cell with a multimeter. Batteries cost around 130 right now, and these scooters were originally $300 so I'm not sure it'd even be worth it.

It just need a new screw in the folding mechanism it happen to mine I just made one ...I tried to change the fork very stupid design can't remove easily
