It's just a 4 EUR plastic clamp from the hardware store, with some electrical tape on it, to adjust the friction to be exactly right. Would probably not work as well on foam covered handlebars, but should be fine on smooth plastic ones too. Matter of testing. I don't think I showed it in great detail anywhere, but I did first mention it in my Romanian trip series.

That snow in the mountains may be why you had so much chilly weather. I am enjoying seeing Finland this way. Good luck getting out of the editing room. 😁

Which is the cause and which is the consequence. Is it cold because of the snow, or is the snow still there because of the cold? 😄 I need to check, if the editor ever got out. Haven't spoken with him in ages.
