This initiative of Finland shall work for low paid offline work professions like nursing etc. Otherwise, all the developed countries have sufficient number of highly skilled engineering professionals of all kinds, rest a few cases(research et al.). One big thing to look at in these countries is, if a family moves there, they do not accept our culture and family traditions. If your child goes to school there, they might tell your boy it's OK to be a girl. They will play with their mind even if they are below age 12. If you question the school, you will be in trouble because schools are allowed to call child services if parents disagree with their ideology. So it is a very intolerant place where families can lose their children.
