So for the 600hrs certificate. They explained that if you have just Alison or Any certificate that's not upto 600hrs .then you can use work experience or internship or volunteer experience in caregiving or nursing to fill it up. So basically at least 6months upward work experience. if you work 4 hours everyday then 6months work experience is ok. but the more the better. Since you are not paying a dime. I mean nothing good in life comes easy. like I use to say, it depends on how bad you want it and how determined you are. it's not probably going to be easy. but it depends on your source of motivation and plans..

Hello Cherry. Please where can one find a care course that offers up to 600 hours of learning that silk road mentions because I have about 12 certificates from Florence academy and those are 60 minutes (max) per course hence totaling to 12 hours, which isn’t enough.

Silk road work force management is real if you are determined because you have to take the finish language training and pass the basic finish language interview with the organization before you can proceed. Everything is clear and straight forward. The language course is free. They will send you the materials and the process depends on your speed with the language training.
