The narration is in Afrikaans, one of the 11 official languages of South Africa. It's the third most common language spoken in South Africa. English is the primary language used in business, government, education, etc. Afrikaans is a Low Franconian West Germanic language descended from Dutch and spoken mainly in South Africa and Namibia.
