No, he was a total surprise. They had a 20 minute countdown to begin and we all thought it was to kick off the show, but, Bálors theme began playing at the 5 second mark and everybody was confused and then his silhouette appeared on screen and the place erupted!

Believe it or not Jon, Indie guys such as Finn, KO (A.k.a Kevin Steen), Sami Zayn (El Generico) have made WWE a huge deal. They know how to draw in crowds, they want nothing but the best for fans, it's only WWE Creative that don't do that good of a job at booking the talent.
