Finnair, delightful crew, but what happened to the business class cabin? London to Lisbon A320

I was excited to take this Finnair-leased flight for British Airways from London Heathrow to Lisbon, Portugal. In the front of the plane on the A320, the cabin was sloppy and tatty. What a disappointment!
